Cyberbullying is terrible, just like pie.

Things that constitutes cyberbullying are: blackmail, cyberstalking, and many more. I believe people who cyberbully should be punished. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions. If they don't get punished then they will never stop what they are doing. No its not okay to bully someone back because that is getting at their low level, and that doesn't stop the bullying, it just makes it worst. I don't like pie...
