Dont give up

This quote can come into many situations. It's basiclly saying you can sit there and whine about being different or standing out or you can stand up and be proud of who your are. If your not proud of yourself no one else is going to be proud ethier, and even if your the only one proud of yourself at least you have your self respect. Later on life in jobs or college your not always going to fi tin or get along wiht the people you have to be around and deal with so you have to suck it up and be gratefull that you get to go through an exsperience that makes you that much more smarter about the world around you . Adversity only helps you grow, makes you feel more then you ever have, adversity betters you.

Soo true you always got to keep your head up high and be proud of who you are. You shouldn't complain and not be happy or proud of who you are because if your not. Then who are you really do you rely have any say to anything. You would just be an anybody. You have only you to be proud of yourself your self-respect is the only thing you live to achieve. Life wouldnt be that awesome if you didn't have that one thing to help you out in life.

I disagree. Some adversities, such as tramadic events, can swallow a person whole. Not due to their "whinning" but the wieght effect of the adversity.

sometimes it can be ok but if you go throught a bad time it can change you to the worst.

I agree, people aren't going to have respect for you if you don't have any for yourself. And what ever happens in the past will make you stronger in the future.
