Traditions Empty Traditions

Post  Jazzmin Flores Thu Sep 15, 2011 5:23 pm

To me traditions are a way of showing the past. Its like a way that people preserve their culture/heritage. Really, when you carry out traditions it because your proud of what you are and what the people before you did.

Traditions Empty I AGREE WITH YOU

JAZMIN I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU
A tradition is something that represents our culture.... something that we are going to pass along to our children and grandchildren....something to be proud of.

Laughing lol!

Traditions Empty Well...

Post  TheAnonymous Fri Sep 16, 2011 6:49 pm

I agree that family traditions are of course important for many of those functions highlighted in the above comments. Although I personally don't care about such for I may have many opposing opinions. I was never a child inclined to such review of the past. I think what we could be doing and improving ourselves and our perspectives is much more interesting and purposeful, but that's just me... alien

i agree with you because these are tradisions that migth have been in our family for generations and if someone came in and changed these traditons may get lost and the generation to come will not know anything of there culture and about there ansestors. You should be proud of ur family tradisions. Cool

Same here I agree with you guys, especially that when you celebrate something it's because you are proud of it. That's so true.
