Communication is key

Heck yes teachers overload sutdentd alot maybe not iegar classes but my experience in AP classes I know what a workload can be. It's really tough most of the time it's not like the students aren't trying well some of them aren't but the ones that do try hard are still overloaded. If anything should change is teachers working together so there isn't a massive work load all at the same time from four teachers. I think if the teachers worked together it would be a lot better on the students. Especially senior teachers with us seniors trying to get stuff ready for college and the rest of our lives ready it's so hard to also balence the big work load that comes from teachers not communicating.
