High school is a good thing because it betters our education. It is also a period in time were you can have fun and hang out with friends everyday. As for preparing us for the real world, not so much. High school babies students to much, there isnt someone to handle your problems or take care of your bullies in the real world. Also how many time in the real world do adults pick between A,B,C or D not many. A person can be book smart and have no common since and will not make it in the real world. A combination of both would be better than just one. High school needs to teach kids common since things to.

I totally agree people can be the smartest person and have no common since at all. If school didn't baby students so much than they wouldn't be setting eighteen year old kids out into the world.
