Teachers are really dumb if they think corporal punishment will discipline children who aren't even yours. If anything, I'm sure they would act up even more. I would love to see a teacher try to put their hands on me.
I just think there are better ways to solve problems like that.

Yeah, there are way better solutions then violence or hitting. I mean some kids may quit but others may just act out on retaliation more.

I agree, at a certain point kids just give up and figure "hey my life is screwed i might as well keep doing it and go to jail and be set for the rest of my life" and also teachers need to learn the differense between smoking it and selling it and being in the bathroom next to some one who is, cuase its not their fault they had to go pee! Shocked
