The way I see it is that some kids go way to far for regular punishments, I think that it's all kinda of circumstantial, but then again kids easily get used to the same punishments. So maybe a good ol a$$ beating will do em good. See there's always an extent and circumstance to everything arguable there isnt any simple yes or no answers, so I'm about 70/30 for it if you get what I mean and mashed potatoes are effing dandy (;
