Who gave them a badge

In my personal opinion I do not believe that adminisrators should ne able to search me or give me anything other than iss or other school punishments. They didnt go through training to do so so why r they able to do it. I beleve that it is a crooked system that we r forced to abide by and I dont like it but have no choice.
