Copral punishment could be very saver punishment and like all punishments has the pontinal to be abuseed. However some of the kids at school may need to know it is not okay to just smoke weed in the bathroom or skip school. if they know there was a paddle with name on it next time they drug their sorrry butt back to class they would eithir not show up at all or every day. I don't like potatos

This further enhances my theory on punishment=smarts. Mr. Kyle and Ms. Rachel are two very smart people, and by supporting the punishment, they are proof of my theory.
